The Blitzbokke is looking a lot better than they did last week in Hamilton. The lead 19-5 against France in their second match in the first day of the HSBC Sevens hosted in Sydney. The second half saw both teams score a try in a half that did not live up to the expectations with the last four minutes remaining scoreless.
The Blitzbokke scored the last try of the match to win 24-12, with Selvyn Davids scoring three tries as he did against Argentina earlier today.
The Blitzbokke must be now the favourites to win Pool B which is critical to their hopes to proceed to the playoffs. Their last Pool B game is tomorrow morning 05:51 South African Time against Samoa.
